This week in New San Francisco Homes 10-30-2013 there are 11 properties coming to market including this FULLY VACANT two unit building at 376 San Carlos Street at 21st Street in the Inner Mission.  The listing price will probably be somewhere in the mid $800,000 range.  The units are not pretty but with some work they could be quite nice.  Also considering the VERY HOT Valencia Corridor location I think this vacant two unit building at 376 San Carlos will go north of $1,000,000 particularly when you consider only two unit buildings qualify to convert to condominiums when certain rules are followed (this does not include buildings that currently qualify for the Expedited Condo Conversion Process).  We’ll find out soon since they will be accepting offers next week sometime after brokers tour.  Contact me if you want to know more about the property!
