Ingleside Terrace real estate consists of reasonably priced single family homes – but with the commercial district along Ocean Avenue becoming nicer every day it’s unclear how long the low prices will last.

The Ingleside Racetrack used to be here, and jockeys from all over the world would come to race the fastest horses. The neighborhood is host to the annual Sundial Park Picnic.
